Barry has always had a strong interest in people and communication. His coaching approach is based on the belief that his role is to foster an environment where positive, healthy transformational progress is possible. Barry has an extensive career in TV Production, having worked for 15 years at CPL Productions. Back then, his big goal was to work for the biggest show in the world, which back then was Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? So that's what he did. Fifteen years later, the telly world has proven to be a fun and at times, ridiculous ride. But the heart of the job, for him, was mentoring and coaching team members. He's since trained as a Business and Personal Coach and is registered with both the ICF and NCP, coaching teams and individuals regularly. He also has a BA in Communicatons and added a Foundation to Counselling Diploma to his qualifications. Now he's looking forward to the rest of the ride.
Teresa's a die hard serial Entrepreneur. Now, an ICF Accredited Business & Personal Coach spearheading a revolution in Wellbeing and Coaching. At heart, she's a rebel, easy in her skin, unconventional with a strong, intuitive instinct for finding people’s passion. With thirty years, no less, in Media and Digital Production who's proudest moments include creating the promotional campaign for disabled athletes to UK media in 1992 and 1996 at the Paralympic Games. She worked with Richard Branson and Dan Cruickshank at Virgin Group in the days of Virgin’s transition from private to a public company. Pioneered the first incarnation of Digital and Enhanced TV to Production Companies for NTL. Oversaw and enabled the transition of IBM's smallest account to It's biggest in Europe. Worked with the London Mayor’s Office to promote London’s Businesses and Design and Tech Entrepreneurs during London 2012 to attract investment in the UK (that was amazing). She'll give you the space to think differently. Oh yeah. she's got qualifications (blah, blah) but that is the least most interesting thing about her.
